Dating back to 1899, this distinguished historic building on Paseo de Sancha is a unique part of Málaga's architectural heritage. Formerly known as the Escuela Superior de Turismo de Málaga, the property has witnessed more than a century of the city's history.

Today, the building has been given a new lease of life through a complete and meticulous refurbishment, restoring its original architectural appearance and historical character while introducing an entirely contemporary approach to residential living.

The result is a beautiful balance between past and present. The building's historic identity has been carefully brought back to its former splendour, while its interiors have been transformed into modern, comfortable and elegant living spaces.

The development comprises just 15 exclusive apartments, available in three different layouts: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. Each apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, with contemporary finishes and modern amenities designed for today's lifestyle.

A new lift provides convenient access throughout the building, while the private communal swimming pool, positioned at the rear of the property, creates a peaceful retreat for residents. Here, an impressive infinity pool with beautiful sea views offers the perfect setting ‌to ‌relax, ‌unwind ‌and ‌enjoy the Mediterranean ‌sunshine.

A ‌rare ‌opportunity to experience ‌Málaga's history ‌from within, ‌where timeless architecture ‌meets contemporary design ‌and ‌the ‌relaxed ‌elegance ‌of ‌Mediterranean ‌living.
