This exceptionally spacious **frontline-golf penthouse for sale in La Quinta, Benahavís**, offers **170 m² of living space with 40 m² of terraces**—dimensions rarely found in a three-bedroom apartment.

The apartment has recently been painted throughout, and its marble floors have been professionally polished. It would benefit from some updating and a little TLC, offering a fantastic opportunity to personalise the interiors and create an impressive contemporary family home.

Filled with natural light, its generous proportions make it perfect for a family. It comprises three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a separate utility room and excellent storage. The impressive master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, while the other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Southeast-facing, the penthouse enjoys beautiful open views across **La Quinta Golf**, the mountains, mature gardens and communal swimming pool.

The property is situated within a **peaceful, green residential community on a quiet cul-de-sac**, offering privacy, tranquillity and a safe environment for families.

Despite its calm setting, it is only **five minutes by car from San Pedro de Alcántara and Puerto Banús**, with easy access to **Nueva Andalucía, Marbella**, international schools, shops, restaurants, golf courses and the motorway.

In my opinion, this property is a genuine ‌**hidden ‌gem ‌and ‌a ‌rare find in ‌La ‌Quinta ‌Golf**, combining exceptional ‌space, abundant ‌natural light, ‌tranquillity, beautiful views ‌and an excellent ‌location ‌close ‌to ‌Marbella ‌and ‌Puerto ‌Banús.
