This is a magestic property located in an excellent location. The Guadalhorce valley is renowned for its lushness, proximity to Malaga and the international airport, 10 minutes to the vibrant towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin and benefitting from this fantastic microclimate all year round.

This 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has recently been operating as a successful luxury bed and breakfast but would equally make an exceptional multi-generational family home, investment or holiday home thanks to its clever low maintenance but high impact surroundings.

There is air conditioning for heating and cooling throughout. A very contemporary and modern finish using the highest quality materials is a highlight of this completely reformed house. The attention to detail and excellent maintenance make this a worthy buy.

Currently, the property is divided into a 2 bedroom "owners" apartment and 5 ensuite bedrooms in the lower level of the property, including a laundry room, storeroom, pantry, 2 living rooms, huge dining spaces and 2 fully fitted kitchens with terraces galore and the most amazing swimming pool zone. It allows for up to 16 guests to stay but to have privacy and ample space to relax.

The swimming pool is heated and has an integrated jacuzzi, which allows for use all year round. There is a water filtration system, irrigation system and the bonus of an amazing orchard of all the fruits you can imagine.

This Villa and its gardens have to be seen to be fully appreciated. The road has excellent access and ample parking with electric gates. The grand driveway is an indication ‌of ‌what ‌lays ‌behind ‌the facade.

The property ‌is ‌being ‌sold as a ‌home but ‌has excellent ‌potential to be ‌reborn as a ‌new ‌bed ‌and ‌breakfast ‌or ‌villa ‌rental.
